SHIPPING INFORMATION
Within the United States (Domestic): Most items are available for immediate shipping when order is placed Monday-Friday (excluding holidays) and will usually ship the same day if payment is received prior to 12 PM PST. Expedited shipping methods are available if desired. Please note we often ship from remote warehouses in different locations other than Oceanside, CA.
Outside of the United States (International): We ship worldwide and welcome International customers. Please be aware that International orders may be subject to local customs and duties for which the buyer is solely responsible. Orders shipping via UPS or FedEx can typically ship within one business day. Orders shipping via USPS (Postal Service) will have a 2-5 business day delay before item will be shipped.
Please note we are unable to ship to the following countries at this time: Greece, Russia, Indonesia, Malaysia, Ukraine, Nigeria, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Cambodia, Latvia, Turkmenistan, Moldova, Armenia, Lithuania, Belarus, Benin, Serbia, Ghana, Niger, Burkina Faso, Camaroon, Central Africa Republic, Chad, Congo, Republic of Congo, Southwest Africa, Nambia, Togo, Zanzabar or Tanzania.
Shipping Rates: Rates are calculated by the online calculator based on the historical cost of a typical shipment. If you encounter a price that seems too high or too low, please email us and we will be glad to provide a shipping quotation for your order. In certain cases, items may have additional shipping costs associated with them. Some examples of these are chassis, racks, monitors, printers, battery backups, and other heavy or bulky items. If you purchase one of these items and do not check with us prior to placing the order, we will contact you after the order is placed and provide an updated price for the shipping of your item. Please contact us with any questions before making your purchase if the item is heavy (over 20 lbs) or bulky.
Tracking Numbers: We frequently ship from remote warehouses in different locations throughout the U.S. For this reason, tracking information on your purchase may be delayed 1-2 business days. We will send you tracking information on your purchase as soon as we receive it from our shipping department.
RETURN POLICY/WARRANTY PAYMENT INFORMATION
Satisfaction Guarantee: Every item we sell comes with a 100% guarantee against defect for 30 days from the date of purchase. If you receive an item from us that is defective, we will give you the choice of a full refund or a replacement (if available). We do not guarantee compatibility with your software and/or hardware. We put the manufacturer's part number into the description of every listing immediately after the manufacturer's name. If you are unsure this is the correct item, please verify the part number prior to buying the item or call us for assistance.
Return Policy: Defective items must be returned to us within 30 days from the date of purchase. Please replace these two sentences with "If you have a problem with your order, please contact us through the eBay system by clicking the "Ask a Question" link at the bottom of this page. We do not accept non-defective returns for items that were ordered by mistake.
