Within 60 days from day of delivery, items can be returned for an exchange. All un-opened/un-used items you choose to return will incur a 15% restocking fee and items must be returned in their original, re-sellable condition or a re-stocking fee of up to 30% will be deducted from the item's purchase price.
Please contact us for a RMA # and return mailing address prior to returning the product. All return postage is customer's responsibility and will not be refunded.
Any package that is returned to shipper due to recipient rejection, refusal, return, unable to obtain a signature, moved, or incorrect address will incur the shipping expenses both TO and FROM your delivery location and will be deducted from any appropriate refund or credit.

Warranty:
All products sold by Grrrreightoutdoors are guaranteed to be Brand New (unless otherwise stated) and carry a manufacturers warranty. All defective items returned back to Grrrreightoutdoors will be replaced with a brand new replacement directly from Grrrreightoutdoors or the manufacturer. The complete package must be returned in its original condition and product serial #, electronic tag, production batch number and or date-code will be verified.
All return postage is the customer's responsibility and will not be refunded.
