Shipping Policy: We process orders within 2 business days. Packages will arrive within 5 to 7 business days ( up to 15 working days for orders outside the USA ) after the shipping process, but please take into consideration weekends, holidays, package weight and destination. We ship to the Japan, Canada, Belgium, Poland, Portugal, Netherlands, Slovakia, Germany, France, Spain, UK, Italy and some other selected non-EU countries**. Claims: We work hard to make sure every order goes out as planned, in the event that something goes not as planned, we kindly ask you for communication before attempting to open a claim, we have seen that most claims without prior communication are fraudulent and abusive claims and we will report this to eBay and Paypal, please use the communication system on eBay only.

Returns: In the unlikely event that a return is request, all returns must include all original items undamaged, in re-saleable condition, all original packaging including manuals, warranty forms, etc.  Any return agreements must accepted by email, using the eBay messaging system.
