Item Condition and Availability
Unless otherwise clearly stated, all items are BRAND NEW and available IN STOCK and normally ship within 1-2 business days of receipt of payment.
Payment

Shipping
We CANNOT, under any circumstance, accommodate local pickups. We DO NOT ship to APO or FPO. Flat free or FREE shipping DOES NOT apply to Puerto Rico or other US territories. Please contact us for rates to those locations. Shipping method shall be via UNITED STATES FIRST CLASS MAIL to all 50 states. Tracking numbers will be available after 5 days from the date of shipping. All items will be shipped to the purchaser's address as entered onto paypal and/or ebay. We are not responsible for errors or inconsistencies in said addresses. Please update your address before you purchase.
International Shipping
For shipments to locations outside the United States, the purchaser shall be responsible for custom clearance, duties, brokerage fees, taxes and other incidental charges. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to determine whether each product is suitable for import and use into their jurisdiction and to determine the amount of duties, taxes or other costs. For export documentation purposes, we CANNOT accommodate requests to declare the purchased item as "gift" or "sample" or undervalue the purchase amount as they are in contravention of US and Canadian law.
Limited Warranty
A 1 year manufacturer's limited warranty is furnished from the date of purchase warranting that under normal application, installation, use and service conditions, Ramsond Sunshield charge controllers shall be free of defect in material and workmanship. In the event of defect which is determined to be due to defects in material or workmanship, within the said 1 year period, Ramsond Corporation shall replace or repair (at its option) the effected solar charge controller. In the event of product failure or malfunction, the purchaser shall return the defective/faulty product or component/part thereof to Ramsond's designated repair facility. The faulty/defective product component/part will then repaired or replaced (at Ramsond's option). The repaired/replaced component shall then be returned to the purchaser. The purchaser shall be responsible for all shipping and handling costs of returning (both ways) faulty products or parts to Ramsond for replacement or repair. Damage resulting from failure to use the product in a manner consistent with manufacturer’s recommendations shall render the limited warranty void. This limited warranty specifically excludes any consequential and/or incidental damages.
Suitability and Compliance
It is the responsibility of each purchaser to determine whether any particular product is compliant with and permissible for use pursuant to the applicable rules, codes and/or regulations, if any, and suitable for particular use and operation. We make no representations or warranties whatsoever concerning the suitability of any merchandise for a particular use or purpose. Returns
All sales are final. Returns are not accepted under any circumstance. To the extent we may be compelled to accept returns, they are subject to a 30% restocking fee. The shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
