Payment / Return Policy

For International orders we offer FedEx shipping only and the price will be calculated according to your location. If you have a FedEx or UPS account that you would like to provide for us, we can accommodate you accordingly. Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be.

Layaway Plan

For our layaway plan you do not have to qualify and it is 100% free. To start a layaway we require a 25% down payment and you will have up to 3 months to pay the rest of the balance. Please note: Because we have to hold your layaway item(s) without being able to sell them, the 25% deposit is NOT refundable in case you would like to cancel your layaway. Your order will be shipped to you as soon as it is paid in full. To start layaways please email us.

Returns & Refunds

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied and wish to return your purchase, we will refund 100% of the original price. Products which have been modified or abused by either us or a third party jeweler, will not be accepted for exchange or refunds. We do not refund any shipping and a 5% restocking fee will be charged

To return your purchase, please follow these simple steps:

1. Message us through Ebay or call us at (212)-354-3186 to receive a return authorization number.

2. Pack item to be returned and include your shipping document and invoice. If you do not have your original shipping document, please provide us with your name, address, phone number and order number on separate piece of paper.

3. Send it through USPS, UPS or FedEx. Please include insurance. Please ship all returns to following address:

Lifetime Warranty

Every jewelry product we sell is manufactured under the quality control standards and is carefully inspected prior to shipment. JD Watches offers a lifetime warranty with every purchase. In the unlikely event there is ever a problem with our product, you can send it for inspection. If the problem is deemed to be caused by a manufacturer defect, we will repair or replace this piece of jewelry without charge. If it is deemed the problem was by everyday wear and tear, then we will only charge you cost for any additional material needed. Also, upon request we will inspect, clean and refinish your jewelry.
