All items are shipped insured and the insurance fee is included in the shipping and handling costs. We will supply you with tracking numbers where available from the carrier. Unfortunately carriers sometimes take longer than their published transit time and this is beyond our control.
If you purchase two (2) or more items from us
in a 48-hour period, we will ship all items in one package. This usually provides a shipping and handling discount of 10% or more per item (if shipping costs were figured individually for each item). Shipping and handling charges for most countries are calculated using the SHIPPING CALCULATOR button in the middle of our listing. Shipping and handling charges for other Worldwide areas quoted as required.

We take great care in accurately describing the condition of the products we sell. We get our merchandise from reputable suppliers, but if you receive an item and feel that the condition is not consistent with our description or if it is DOA, let us know immediately (within 14 days of receipt), and we'll do our best to satisfy you. If we can't make you happy you may return the item but will require an RMA as described below.
