Q: Can I get for my family? A: There is a discount ticket booth located at the Resort where you may buy tickets.
Q: When will I have to take the tour? A: Tours are scheduled when you check in at the resort. They are almost always the day after check in. You get the tickets right after your tour is completed.
Q: Do I have to buy anything? A: No. You are only obligated to complete the tour of atleast 120 minutes.
Q: How do I make a reservation? A: Once auction has closed and you've made payment you call us to get the instructions.
Q: What if I check on dates but they sell out by the time my reservation is processed? Do I get refunded? A: Absoluetley! 100%

THESE ARE RESORT PROMOTIONS and all we ask is a minimum of two hours to preview our resortwhile you are there. You are under NO obligation to purchase anything and the rest of your time belongs to you! The market value of this package is well over $450!
TO QUALIFY:
Be between 25 - 68 years old Be married or cohabitating and you must check in & attend the tour together Be fluent English or Spanish speaking Be gainfully employed (Full time employeed) with an annual income of at least $50,000 per year combined If cohabitating you and your partner must have photo IDs with matching addresses Carry a major credit card (debit/check cards not accepted) Agree to attend a 120 minute sales presentation Not a Festiva property owner No bankruptcy in the last 3 years
You are not eligible for this promotion if you have toured Blue Heron Beach Resort or any other Festiva Resort property within the last 13 months or toured with Festiva 3 times. This travel package is not valid for groups. A group is defined as more than one family or friends, traveling on separate All Good Vacations promotional packages to the same destination on the same travel dates. If you have any questions, please contact us before bidding. All photos used are true representations of resort areas and/or accommodations. This vacation package requires a credit card be placed on file with our office by phone regardless of how you pay. If you fail to tour or fail to reschedule within three (3) full business days of your arrival date, or show for your tour, your card will be charged accordingly. You are responsible for room taxes & resort fee of $3.95 per night which are paid directly to the resort.

We give it our all to make sure you have a great vacation, from our reservation service through arrival.
Please be flexible in your travel dates as holidays fill up quickly. This Travel Package auction must be paid for within 3 days after auction close and must be used within the dates specified on the auction offering. Exceptions can be made and your travel dates can be extended. You are responsible for paying room taxes to the hotel upon arrival.

Reservations requests may be made immediately after auction purchase. Reservation information is contained in your Certificate of Travel, or for information on making immediate reservations, please call (423) 245-8200. Reservation requests may be submitted via our online reservation form. Please allow 5 full business days processing time for all reservation requests. Once your confirmation number is received, your confirmation letter including directions and information will be sent to the email address listed on your reservation form and a copy mailed to you. Reservations are not confirmed until you have received your confirmation letter by email. A valid credit card may be required on file with our office for this package.
Tours
We do not schedule tour times or set qualifications. The tours are normally conducted the morning after arrival and you are committed to 120 minutes. We cannot change the terms and conditions of this vacation package offer. Married and cohabiting couples MUST attend the property tour together and have ID's with identical address.
Reschedule/Cancellation
Reschedules and cancellations must be submitted at least three (3) full business days prior to arrival date and need to be submitted in writing. There is a $10 cancellation fee.
Refunds
If by chance we cannot fulfill your date, and you've called in advance to check on dates, we will be happy to offer a refund or extend the use of the package one year. If you so choose, you may apply whatever the purchase price towards a different location (not within the same company). If you have purchased in error or if you made a non-qualifying purchase, you may not be entitled to a refund.
Multiple Purchases
