I have available a fabulous pair of black and white houndstooth wool lined dress pants from AUSTIN REED CLASSIC in size 8.
These exquisite pants have a 1 1/4 inch wide waistband with 5 belt loops. There is a center front zipper. The pants have a 2 inch long tab at the front waistband with an offset black button. There also is a hidden button inside the front waistband. There are 2 pleats on each side front. Additionally, there are tab style angled front/side pockets. There is a back tab style pocket which is still sewn shut. Finally, the pants are fully lined.
The fabric is a small black and white houndstooth check.

20 1/2 inches across hips
40 inches overall length waistband to hem
inseam: 27 1/2 inches
