We sell only brand new, never used items that are inspected and sealed by the factory that manufactured them before they ship directly to you. We do not stock any inventory in our office – we work directly with our vendors.

We stand behind all of our products with honest and trustworthy warranties from our manufacturers. If you would like a detailed copy of this product's manufacturer's warranty, simply ask - use eBays "Ask a question" feature to request a copy.
Although we do accept returns under certain circumstances, we are not the same as a brick-'n-mortar store, if you just
"don't like it," our manufacturers won't let us return it to them and give us/you all your money back.
That is why we urge our clients to visit a brick-'n-mortar medical supply store to try out the brand/model of item(s) they/you are interested in before buying from us online. This is a great way to actually see, test
"drive," touch and feel some of our more complex items, such as scooters and power wheelchairs. Please inform yourself enough so you are certain this is the item for you or your loved one.
Can you return your item and get your money back? Absolutely!
However, we cannot return your item to the factory without an acceptable reason! What are acceptable reasons?
- Your item arrived damaged from shipping.
- The box had visible damage when it arrived.
- The item does not work properly.
In almost all other cases, the manufacturers do not accept returns from us. If they do allow us to return it, they charge us a 25% restocking fee. Unfortunately, we must pass that 25% restocking fee onto you.
In addition, you must pay for the cost of return shipping.
Please know that we don't like this any more than you do – that's why we take the time to explain all of this to you: We want you to be as certain as possible that this is the right item for you BEFORE you order.
We hope you understand our attempt to prevent your becoming disappointed when you purchase from us. Before you buy, make sure it is the right item for you in terms of size, weight, etc.

Once your item arrives, we know you'll be anxious to try it out right away. But if it arrives with the package torn, ripped, opened, squashed, splattered or smattered, DON'T ACCEPT DELIVERY! This is a case where the freight company would issue your refund, and freight companies don't honor their insurance on opened packages!
Don't throw away the box, the packing materials, the product literature or whatever else came with your item. Yes, it's a real pain to keep all that stuff. But you will need it if something isn't right. Besides, you only have to keep all that
"trash" for a short time.
Please notify us at once if your item arrived in an obviously damaged package and you refused delivery, as you should have done. Also, please notify us immediately if there is something wrong or missing from your item. We want to get you a replacement of your item, or any missing parts, in a
"good" package ASAP.
Also, you must notify us within 3 days of receiving your item if there are ANY problems with it once you've checked it out.
Since we cannot accept used items for return, do NOT take it outdoors, get it wet, or test it without being clothed when you test out your item. Test it indoors to be certain it works properly. Once you use it outdoors, or get it wet, it becomes
"used" merchandise, and is not eligible for return.
