Cheques: are acceptable, but please note I must allow 7 working days for clearance due to the banking clearance system. Packing: is always used appropriate to the item, therefore delicate items will be well packed, though unfortunately damages in transit do sometimes occur - if this happens to you, please contact me. Shipping times: All items will be posted within 3 working days of cleared payment being received and I will always send an email on the day of shipping to advise that your item has been sent.If your item is being shipped by parcelforce or other courier it will be delivered the next working day after the email and the courier will only attempt delivery on twice and hold your parcel for one week, after this the item will be returned to me and can be sent again, but this will attact an additional postage charge. Therefore please ensure if you will be out, you either rearrange delivery with the courier immediately (they will leave a calling card) or leave a note to arrange to leave your parcel in a safe place or with a neighbour Although Royal Mail is mostly reliable, please allow up to 10 working days for delivery as they will not investigate missing items until this amount of time has elapsed. All returns should be notified by email or telephone within 7 days of receipt and returned to the address below.
Please note all goods purchased during the month of December can be returned up to (but not after) the 8th of January to allow for the return of unsuitable christmas gifts.
Items weighing less than 3 kilos this can easily be returned via Royal Mail. Please obtain a certificate of posting or use 2nd class recorded delivery to return items.(Sorry we cannot refund royal mail special delivery costs)
Larger items (over 3 kilos) may be more cost effective to be sent via courier. We can recommend www.Parcel2go.com
Furnitre items can be collected by our furniture courier please email or ring for further guidance.
Items lost or damaged in the post will be replaced free of charge. Goods which are returned because they are found to not match the item description will also be refunded in full.
Items returned for any other reason are done so at the buyer’s expense and will be refunded less the original postage charge within 3 days of return.
