This is a 2009 Surly Travelers Check used Road Frame and Fork, size 58cm, 700c, 4130 Chromoly, that has VERY low miles, and is in great shape. The headtube measures 140mm (the steerer tube extends 67mm above the headset) and the toptube measures 58cm, with a traditional 68mm english threaded bottom bracket shell. This is being sold for a customer who has many bikes, and it only has about 10 rides on it.
Why is it called the Travelers Check, you ask? Well, the frame features SNS couplings so that it can be separated into 2 pieces to make traveling and packing it easier! This bicycle can be run with a derailleur or as a singlespeed and would be great for commuting or cyclocross (this was actually being used as a singlespeed only).
The frame and fork are in excellent shape, only showing the most minimal signs of wear and no damage to the frame or fork (just some random marks from leaning the frame on other bikes). Please take a look at the pics and we could always take more pics if necessary.
Also included are the Cane Creek headset and the seatpost clamp.
