WARRANTY / RETURNS:

Should you experience a problem with your order or product, plesae do the following:

1.  Contact us.  We cannot resolve your issue if you do not give us a chance to do so.

Write us through ebay or request our phone number through ebay.  Our phone number can also be found on our website by the same name!

2.  We only accept returns if they

      a.  Are within the warranty period listed on the item.  Most items carry a 7-day test and inspect guarantee.  The Blue Eagle Headset comes with a 30-day in-house warranty.

      b.  We only accept returns if the item is defective.  We DO NOT accept returns if you order something that is YOUR mistake...such as wrong size, wrong model, doesn't fit my  use, etc.
