All used Items may be returned for any reason but unless they are not as described, defective, or damaged on arrival a 20% restocking fee will be applied to the refund. New items can only be returned prior to being unsealed. We are responsible to provide what we say we are selling, in the condition we describe it in, and not to guarantee that it will be suitable to your particular needs or work in a way it was not intended. Old software being incompatible with your newer system is not a product defect. Buyers are expected to make a good faith effort to determine compatibility with their system prior to purchase by either direct inquiry or researching the product compatibility from a reliable source. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. Item will be refunded without a need for a return if it is determined that they are missing in the mail (based on a notice from the USPS or a significant amount of time has passed since it should have arrived) or if it arrives with significant physical damage that can be demonstrated with a photograph.
