• We recommend that you wait for an invoice from us before sending payment. That way you are assured of paying the right shipping amount. We typically send invoices within a few hours of your purchase.  Ebay calculates shipping too high about half the time on multiple-item orders. Please don’t be deterred! You may refer to our Shipping Charges Chart for our current S&H rates and policies. If you do happen to pay an over-charged shipping amount, please be assured we will refund the overage at the time of shipment.
  
  
• We accept PayPal on all of our listings. If you prefer to pay us directly using your Visa, MasterCard, or Discover Card, just send us an email with your telephone number. We'll be glad to call you to get the credit card information (this is more secure than emailing your information).
  
  
• If you would like to take some time to "shop" in our store, just let us know, and we'll wait to hear that you're done before sending an invoice. There are a lot of beautiful fabrics here; no need to rush!
  
  
• Return an item within 14 days, in saleable condition, and we will refund the full purchase price of the item. On the rare occasion that we miss a flaw or send something different than what you ordered, we will send a replacement immediately (or issue a refund if no more of the pattern is available). • We typically will ship your order the business day immediately following receipt of your payment. (Our business days are M-F except postal holidays).
  
  
• We ship 1- and 2-yard orders via First Class mail to US addresses. The Postal Service may take up to 5 days to deliver a first-class package cross-country.
  
  
• Larger orders are shipped via Priority mail, typically taking 2-3 days for delivery.
  
  
• Our shipping charges include a modest amount to cover weight fluctuations and out-of-pocket costs for envelopes, inner linings, labels, etc.
  
  
• Delivery confirmation is included at no additional charge on all US shipments. As we prepare your package, we will email you a shipping notice that includes your delivery confirmation number.
  
  
• INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS
• You pay just the postage for Priority flat-rate envelopes and boxes.
• In accordance with eBay policy and US law, we declare full value on customs forms and mark sold items as merchandise. Buyers are responsible for any and all customs duties and fees.
