WPW-686 Gabrielle Nicander “Gabi” visits the New York area each September, and 2006 was the second year in a row we were able to do work with her. In our last session with her (WPW 652 is still available) in 2005 she was in off-season shape at 200+ pounds, but this time the 5’9” Gabi was a month away from her contest and checked in at a way more defined 185 pounds. She does repwork in the gym then hits the shots in her bikini and two dress items, showing off a balanced physique (we think she is ready for some national shows??) featuring a very impressive upper body with great arms. Her friend, and a past WPW physique model, Joanna Thomas, joined in during some of the gymwork (including a 135 pound curl at 5’2” 150 pounds) and also during Gabi’s interview.
