No returns for buyer remorse on any of our craft items or collectible costume jewelry: appliques, or templates, or craft books, or fabrics cut off bolts must absolutely have been defective at point of origin. Seller does not send out defective items, but seller willing to work with customers in the rare event of something unusual happening. All personally owned collectible costume jewelry very accurately described--must have been defective from point of origin, i.e., an oversite.
