Ø       Shipping and Postage: Items will be dispatched within 2 business days after receiving cleared payment. We do not ship on Sunday and Chinese holidays. (for example, Spring festival, May 1 to May 3, Oct. 1 to Oct. 5, etc). All items are shipped from China. After shipping, we will email you tracking number, please check. Generally it will take 2-4 weeks to US, Canada. To Europe, Australia, it might take 3-5 weeks. To other countries, it might take longer time. During holiday season and bad weather, some of them might take around 40-50 days (very occasional). It is flat mail, not UPS or DHL, so please understand. We can not ensure each of the parcels will take 2 weeks. It also depends on customs and post shipping service in different countries.

Ø       Return and Refund: Please ask us to refund within 7 days after receipt of item. If the item is defective or missing, please contact us asap, we will replace it with new item. Otherwise, you can send us back the item with full original packing, the item in new and proper condition, and we will return the payment. But Buyer will take on shipping cost

My name is ava. And I have a full time job days (international trade).  So this store is my part time job. I love to communicate with foreigners. By meeting with different foreign customers, I found most of them were attracted by Chinese culture, such as medicine, art craft, philosophy, etc. I think Chinese traditional culture is a treasure for all Chinese and all people around the world.
