All sales final; my 100% positive feedback history demonstrates that I do not overstate the condition of my items for sale or auction. However, I’m open-minded to any valid concerns of buyers with an excellent feedback record. Please use ebay’s contact seller link if there’s any questions or concerns. Unless otherwise stated, the listing photo is of the actual item being sold or auctioned.
Please, no “best-offer” e-mails (I will offer that option via the ebay listing if I’m willing to negotiate the price). Also, there are no “package deals” for multiple items, although shipping may be discounted (see next paragraph).
If it will not result in an underpayment, I will provide a shipping discount for multiple items (not applicable for free shipping sales). If so, the invoice will reflect it. If I find that I have accidently overstated the shipping/handling charge by a significant amount (several dollars or more), I will usually post a partial refund against the PayPal charge.
Multiple-purchase transactions in the USA (3 or more items) will usually be automatically upgraded to Priority Mail (for CDs and DVDs). Otherwise, most items will be shipped via Media Mail or 1st Class USPS (the appropriate option will be indicated on the invoice). Most non-USA transactions are shipped via 1st Class USPS.
Buyer/bidder may inquire about upgraded shipping services, e.g., Priority Mail, Express Mail, Insurance, and Registered Mail. Insurance is not offered for many shipping options by the USPS. Buyer/Bidder will incur all of the additional cost for selecting an upgraded postal shipping option. Shipping costs are not negotiable; the maximum that you will pay is known to you prior to purchase/bidding via the ebay listing.
Description of condition: SEALED, BRAND NEW is unopened (this usually means shrink-wrapped or in original clear plastic sleeve). OPENED, NEAR MINT is an used item that by any reasonable standard has no visible wear on the disc and packaging (in other words, it looks “like new” but minus the shrink wrap). OPENED, VERY GOOD is an item that has some minor noticeable flaws on the disc and/or packaging (as described in listing), but should not affect the playability of the item. I very rarely sell CDs or DVDs that are in VG or worse condition.
I have made a good-faith attempt to provide accurate information regarding item details and out-of-print status (if applicable). I suggest using online search engines to verify the item information that I provide. Please use ebay’s contact seller option if you have any questions.
Unless otherwise stated, items include all of the original interior packaging contents (e.g., booklets) and the OBI strip when applicable (on most Japanese imports). I am the original owner/purchaser of all “new” and most “near mint” items, and have stored most opened CD/DVDs in a clear protective sleeve since they were opened. Items may include the outer description sticker that is attached to the shrink-wrap of some items, but this is not guaranteed.
For DVDs, please review the format of the item (NTSC, PAL) and the region coding listed above prior to purchase or bidding (only “all region”/code 0/”code free” or “region 1” NTSC DVDs will play in standard USA players).
The country of origin refers to the product, not to the artist. For example, “JAPAN” indicates that the item is manufactured in that country, and is guaranteed NOT to be a version of the product from other Asian territories. All products are purchased via legitimate retailers and are not pirated versions. If I have any doubts about an item’s legitimacy, I will note it in the item description.
