Today is a joyous day,
it is the day that I become a wife,
it brings me to look back fondly
to all the memories of my life. . .
I remember how we played with all the dolls
and toys that filled my childhood times,
and I cherish all the memories
of games and nursery rhymes.
I thank you for all of the happy times
that we’ve shared throughout the years,
and especially for all the counsel,
and for when you’ve wiped away my tears
