Packing
and Shipping With Care
We pack every order with great care! It matters to us that you get
your item/s in the best possible condition so we pack all orders in
corrugated sturdy boxes (mostly new boxes), new packing material like
packing paper or packing peanuts. We never stuff the item in a box that's
too small and we never use a flimsy box.
U.S. and
International Shipping
and Handling Rates
Every order includes a shipping & handling charge in addition to the
purchase price of item/s unless the listing specifies free shipping. All
customers please look under the "Shipping and payments" tab to view the
shipping option/s and shipping and handling rate/s for this item. If you
purchase only 1 item then you can pay for item immediately however if you
purchase multiple items please do not send payment before we have sent you
a invoice with combined shipping and handling charge. You can request a
combined invoice via email or by clicking on the "Request total from
seller" link.
We do combine shipping and handling charges for most items we sell. The
way it works is you pay full shipping and handling for the item with
highest shipping and handling dollar amount in your order then you add the
combined shipping and handling rate for each additional item. PLEASE
NOTE HOWEVER FIGURES LARGER THAN 8"+ INCHES, MULTIPLE FIGURE
LISTINGS (2 OR MORE FIGURES LISTED IN SAME AD ETC), FIGURE BOX SETS,
VEHICLES, PLAYSETS, STATUES, BUSTS, UNUSUALLY HEAVY SMALL ITEMS ETC WILL
INCUR A HIGHER COMBINED SHIPPING AND HANDLING CHARGE. In some
instances we may not be able to combine shipping and handling charges and
you'll have to pay the full shipping and handling charge listed for that
item under the "Shipping and payments" tab. We strongly recommend you send
us an email inquiry if you are not sure or just want to be on the safe
side before you do any purchases. Our combined shipping and handling rates
are based on approximate figure size and shipping destination.
U.S. Shipping Times
and Methods
We generally ship U.S. orders within 1 to 3 business days (Monday
through Friday) from the day
payment is received. We use the United States Postal Service, UPS and or
FedEx to ship packages. After we have shipped your order we will input the
tracking numbers into eBay's system at which point you should get an email
from us letting you know order has shipped. You can also check in your purchase section of eBay for tracking numbers. Orders shipped to a U.S. address should arrive 5 to 10 business days
after we ship with the majority of orders arriving 2 to 7
business days after we ship.
Please note that many factors can contribute to a package being
delayed by shipping carrier therefore unfortunately we can not guarantee the transit time
or arrival time of any package.
International Shipping Times and Methods
We generally ship international orders within 1 to 3 business days
(Monday through Friday) from the day
payment is received. We mostly use the United States Postal Service to ship
packages internationally however on occasion we may use UPS or FedEx.
After we have shipped your order we will input the customs form number or
for larger orders the Priority Mail or Express Mail tracking numbers into
eBay's system at which point you should get an email from us letting you
know order has shipped. You can also check in your purchase section of
eBay for tracking numbers. International orders normally arrive 5 to 15
business days after we ship however in rare instances there can be a delay caused by the post office or
customs that would cause your order to arrive between 20 to 40 business days
after we ship however most orders arrive within 5 to15 business days
after we ship. We have many repeat international customers because we are one of the best
action figures, toys & collectibles sellers on eBay. Try

Store Policies
A) Every order includes a shipping and handling charge in
addition to the purchase price of the item. Please ask questions regarding
combined s/h before your purchase items in our store if you are unsure of
the s/h charges.
B) If you do not pay for item/s within 7 days regardless of what the
situation is we will file a non paying buyer alert.
C) We only ship to address provided directly with payment.
D) We do not allow pick ups. Ever order is shipped, regardless
of how close you live to us.
E) We accept returns within 7 days (unless otherwise noted in
the ad) provided item/s are still new, unused, sealed in their factory
package. Buyer agrees to pay return shipping cost unless we made a mistake
(sent wrong item) in which case we will cover cost of return shipping. We
only refund the purchase price of figure minus the shipping and handling
charge unless we made a mistake.
F) If for any reason we can't fulfill (ship) your order your
payment will be refunded in full.
G) California residents must add sales tax.
H) We leave positive feedback for all buyers.
