Shoulders (seam to seam): 19 inches (38 inches doubled)

Underarm to Underarm:    22 1/2 inches (45 inches doubled)

The measurements are approximate and may not be perfectly accurate. All measurements were taken with the item laying flat. The flat measurements were doubled to give an approximate measurement "around the garment".

We measure sleeve length on mens' dress shirts from the shoulder seam to the end of the cuff.  For correct sizing, add 10-12 inches to our outer sleeve measurement. This should be close to your retail sleeve length. (Shirt sizing varies with manufacturer.)
