This is the tackiest Tijuana Black Velvet of them all, an original hand-painted black velvet painting of Satan, The Father of Lies, using the facilities, aka "The Devil on the Can On Black Velvet" painted in early 2007 by famed professional Mexican Velvet Elvis artist from Tijuana L. ZAMORA.
What Condition? Mint Condition.
Dimensions? 18-inches by 24-inches (w/o frame).
Is the Frame Included with this Painting? No. But the buyer may add any one of the frames pictured below on this velvet painting, or any one of the many other frames pictured on any of the many other velvet paintings that are currently on sale right now in the eBay Store of Indignico Inc.
The prices for these frames are very reasonable, ranging from $25 for the Mexican Carved Wooden Frames to $50 for the Cherrywood or Ornate Golden Frames.

The moment I receive payment I will immediately--but carefully--swaddle your velvet painting (and its frame should you opt for that addition) in a nearly bullet-proof carapace of cardboard and bubble-wrap. S/H for all unframed velvet paintings measuring 18"x24" and shipped within the continental U.S. is $15. I ship via FedEx-Ground with $100 insurance.
Adding a frame increases s/h/framing charges to total of $30. Frames range from $25 (eg traditional Mexican Wooden Rustico Frames) to $50 (eg Ornate Golden Frames), if you'd like to add a frame, just let me know which kind, and I will send you a revised invoice after the close of this listing.
For shipments outside the continental U.S. the buyer pays either whatever it actually costs for me to ship the painting to the buyer's particular country; Or, Buyer pays a flat-rate of $15, and I will remove the velvet 'canvas' from its wooden stretcher-bar backing, roll it up and ship it in a shipping tube to anywhere in the whole wide world.
