Most commonly we ship by common carriers like UPS/FedEx. So if you need delivery to a PO Box or outside the lower 48 states or some other special arrangement, please send us a message through EBay prior to buying to see if we can make this accomodation for you.  Always provide a physical shipping address when making payment.

Whenever items can logistically and safely be shipping as 1 package, we will gladly combine shipping to save you money. However, most non-like items will be shipped separately.  If you would like to know if items can/will ship together, please send us a message through EBay prior to bidding/buying.

Items must be paid for all together. We will combine items for auctions that end within 7 days of the first auctions end. Failure to stay in these perimeters will void the privilage of combined shipping.

Shipping time is the time between us receiving payment and it be picked up by the carrier.  The major majority of the items we sell  will ship between 1 and 3 business days.  However, for some items, this time could be longer.  Please know we are very conscious and respectful of the fact that buyers want to receive their purchase as soon as possible and process orders rapidly for this reason.  However, for a number of reasons, items may not ship for a couple to several days.  We think our Detailed Seller Ratings speaks for itself. 

Also, we can not control Delivery time, which is the time between the carrier taking possession of the package from us and it arriving at your front door.  This varies drastically and involves many variables, most of which we can not control.  Most of our customers items are delivered within a week, but we ask that you allow 2-3 weeks for delivery (rarely will it take this long).  If you have a deadline for receiving your purchase, before you purchase, we would be more than happy to provide an estimated time from for shipment and delivery, simply ask by send us a message through EBay  Complaints about delivery falling within these perimeters  are not acceptable.

All items are sent with tracking.  We make every effort to forward tracking number to you, usually via Pay Pal.  However, we find our most common barrier to our customer's receiving these numbers is their email provider's SPAM filters.  Please either set you SPAM filters to accept emails from us, or if you have not received tracking, check the Pay Pal transaction to see if we have posted it.  Please allow at least 3 days to receive this, if you still haven't gotten it, please send us a message through EBay

International Sales:  In most cases, we do not do business outside of The United States.

All personalized items are all sales final. Beyond personalized items, please refer to the return options for each individual listing, whether or not a return is permitted and the terms of the return will be stated

We have actively sold on Ebay since 1999.  We believe we have a considerable amount of experience with "Ebaying".  We think this goes along way in making our buyers experience easy and pleasurable.

We request all communications be sent through the Ebay messaging system.  Also, please be sure you have up-to-date contact information on file with Ebay so we can reach you too.   Often we will not have immediate answers or may not be immediately available to respond to your communications, please allow us time to consider and research before we answer you.  Please do allow at least 1 business day (most will get a reply much sooner) for a response, particularly over weekends and holidays.  Please limit contacting us by telephone to extreme situations.  If we receive a call, we will likely respond through eBay messaging.
