Shipping

We ship from our company owned warehouse in Florida and also we drop-ship from 5 other warehouses located across the US. We ship from all warehouses Monday through Friday and most items ship same day if ordered before 3:00PM EST. We ship most items worldwide. We recommend UPS expedited shipping for any international shipments; however we also offer USPS Priority mail on certain items. The cost to ship UPS expedited to Canada now includes brokerage fees. All international customers may be subject to import taxes, duties, or fees imposed by your countries customs office. We do not have any control over these fees and we cannot estimate the amount. Contact your countries customs office for a rough quote.

Return Policy

This section is for new returns only. If you have a problem with the part please call (1-866-770-2771) or read the warranty section below. Electronic items are not returnable if opened. All other returns must first be called in at 1-866-770-2771 or 321-777-2771. All returns must be shipped back to our Florida warehouse within 60 days of purchase and must be in their original factory packaging. All shipping costs are the buyers' responsibility. PayPal, eBay, & a warehouse restocking fee may also apply. Please call to understand the return process as we aim for an easy & smooth process. (details)

Warranty Information

We offer a full manufacturer warranty on all items we sell and we also offer our own 12 Month/12K Mile Warranty. Original purchaser only. Proof of original purchase required. Commercial, Limousine, & heavy duty vehicles are not included. Damaged, stripped, or broken items during installation cannot be warrantied. (details)
