Dazzlejewelry.com matches the manufacturer's warranty against defects for one full year from date of purchase.  We, like all manufacturers, do not cover problems due to damage, nor do we cover straps.

Please note that this auction is not an opportunity to preview this item to see if you like it, so feel free to E-Mail us with any questions you may have before you bid.  Refunds or exchanges are acceptable within 72 hours of receipt of goods.  Please E-Mail us for return authorization within 72 hours from the date item is received.  Any merchandise damaged or altered in any way will not be accepted.  Refund or credit is for 100% of auction price only, and does not include any other fees or charges.

PAYMENT

As per new eBay rules starting on 10/30/08, this item must be paid for through Paypal within three days, and 8.75% sales tax is charged on items shipped to a California address.  Be advised that we will only ship to the address provided to us by Paypal (no exceptions).
Customer also agrees to pay all shipping charges and we will gladly combine ship multiple items to save you money.  This item will ship to any destination in the US by USPS Priority mail with insurance at a cost of $9.  Shipping for international orders is determined on a case by case basis, and always insured.  USPS has restrictions shipments to many countries, so this item may have to ship by FedEx at substantial cost (so please e-mail us for prices before bidding or buying).   International customers please note that we will not falsify custom's documents, so you will be responsible for any custom's fees.
