Description - Please read and understand. If you do not understand, please ask questions for clarification.
Picture(s) – The actual item that you will receive. If something is not in the picture then it’s not included.
Condition - All items are sold "AS IS". Items are
purchased from estates to be resold.
Questions – Please ask before auction ending, do not make assumptions.
Bidding – You bid, you win, you are expected to pay for your item.
Payment – Full payment due within Three (3) days after auction end date via Pay Pal. The faster you pay, the faster you will receive your item(s).
Shipping – Shipping costs are not negotiable and are not refundable. No international shipping.
Multiple Items – I will combine shipping and send a revised invoice with updated shipping charges.
Shipping handling time – Within three (3) business days following payment. Again, the faster you pay, the faster you will receive your item.
Large/Heavy items – Are expensive to ship due to size/weight.
Pick up only – means just that.
Issues/Problems – Please contact seller prior to leaving any feedback.
Feedback – I leave feedback for all buyers only after I have received my feedback.
Liability – Seller assumes no past, present or future liability for any item sold.
No product support – Know exactly what you are buying, the application and how to use the item as intended by the original manufacturer.
Partial refunds – No discounting as this is unfair to other bidders that were bidding on the item.
Warranty – New old stock (NOS), used, antique, vintage, and "as is" items do not have a warranty.
Returns – Returns accepted if I am notified within 14-days of you receiving your item. Buyer pays both the initial shipping and the return shipping. Item will be refunded once I have received it and determined that it is in the same condition as when I sent it out.
Blocked Bidders – Seller reserves right to block anyone for any reason.
Inappropriate conduct – Will not be tolerated and will be reported.
Refuse to pay? – DO NOT click “Place bid” on this listing or any of our other listings.
