Simplicity
How easy to use is the Zojirushi Bread Machine? Put your ingredients in, choose one of many pre-programmed cycles (or one you have created and saved yourself), and start the machine. Don't worry about watching it, the Zojirushi will let you know when your bread is ready, and it will shut itself off. The control panel is at a perfect angle for operation, and the bigger window gives you a better view of what's going on inside.
Flexibility
The great thing about the Zojirushi Bread Machine is that you don't have to sacrifice anything for ease of use. It has twin paddles to ensure perfect kneading of all kinds of doughs including dough for: pizza, cinnamon rools, buns, sourdoughs, cake, artisan breads, and more. It can even make fruit jams and meatloaf (no kidding, they have a recipe on their web site). The Zojirushi is truly the king of bread machines.
