IF YOUR ITEM HAS SHIPPING DAMAGE:
Our products are packed to withstand damage during normal shipping. If you open the package and find that the item is damaged, please contact us right away & send us a few good pictures of the damage. Then repack the item exactly as it arrived, using all package material and enclose any paperwork/manuals. We will send instructions about scheduling the delivery company to pick up the damaged item free of charge to you. After confirmed pick-up, we will send you a new, replacement item.

TO RETURN AN ITEM:
Email us for exact instructions within 3 days of delivery for a refund of the original purchase price excluding all shipping and handling costs. Shipping costs will not be refunded. For items shipped free, actual outbound shipping costs will be deducted from the refund. In addition, some items carry a 15% restocking fee which will be deducted from the refund.
Please keep in mind that once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled. If you cancel or refuse an order delivery, it will then fall under our standard return policy (stated above), where round trip shipping costs (and any applicable restocking fees) will be deducted from the refund.
