Payment

1. We only accept PayPal. PayPal is the only online payment method we accept. Please make sure you have a valid/confirmed PayPal account prior bidding.
2. All Paypal payments must be confirmed. Payment must be made within 72 hours of the auction end time. Non-Paying bidders will be reported.
3. Provide a confirmed shipping address with eBay. After payment, please check your eBay address is correct, this is very important. 

Shipping

1. We only ship to the confirmed address provided by eBay. Before you pay, please make sure your address in eBay matches the address you would like us to ship to.
2. All the orders usually shipped out within 3 business days on payment receive cleared(except weekends and holidays).
3. We ship items to USA, Canada, AU, UK, France, Ireland, Espana, Italy and other countries...
4. Usually your items shipped by Air-mail from China or Hong Kong Post Office with small package, and we also offer express shipping service(if you want express, please contact us before bid).
5. Delivered time:

If you did not receive your parcel within the above delivered time, do not worry. Please inform us soon, we will check it immediately. If your parcel be confirmed that lost in the journey(the probability less than 0.3% in general), we will refund or resend immediately as your demand.

6. We are unable to take any responsibility for any custom delay or tax. Reason is because transit time is highly depended and provided by Postal Service (except weekends and holidays). If any other delay(like bad weather or post strike) caused, please waiting patiently.

7. Combined shipping discounts available:

All the shipping cost for air-mail small packages from China or Hong Kong Post office based on the minimum weight 100 or 10 grams and we need pay the shipping fee for each additional 100 or 10 grams(express usually based on 500 grams and each additional fee for 500 grams).

So if you bought less than 3 different items once in my ebay shop, no discount.

3-5 different items, 10% discount on shipping fee.

6-10 different items, 15% discount on shipping fee.

More than 10 different items, please contact us for lower price.

Please contact us after your purchase, then we will send the combined invoice to you soon. If you did not send request to us, it will be considered as not want the above discounts.

Warrant

1. Refund service is effective within 7 days after item is received.

2. Replace service is effective within 14 days after item is received.

3. Repair service is effective within 0.5 year after item is received.

4. If the item received is not as auctioned, we will exchange it for an item of equal value, or refund your purchase price minus shipping fees within 14 days of buyers receipt of shipment.

5. All warranties are not applied to the defective items caused by user.

6. Buyers undertake postages related to warranty services requested.
