Please remember, when asking questions about the items up for auction. I have a family, a job and other commitments. I try to answer your questions as quickly as I can, but sometimes I get behind. So,,,,,, PLEASE, be patient, as I usually get all questions answered before the auction ends. If for some reason I am unable to get to yours on time, I do apologize.

If you have a Feedback lower than 10, or your account is less than 30 days old. Please contact me before bidding or I will cancel your bid. I had too many problems before with new buyers or low Feedback buyers.

· We accept the following form of payment:
PAYPAL. (Unless otherwise stated)

· All items are Sold As-Is. Most all of my items have been previously enjoyed or Antiques. This means they have been previously used (Unless otherwise stated.). I have tried to give the best description I can. I list a lot of items every week and sometimes miss things. Also keep in mind I am not a expert on everything I sell, but I do try my best to describe it. If you have a question about the item, please ask before bidding.

No refunds are given. If I do decide to give a refund, (if item was not as described in the listing or misrepresentation of pictures posted on the item listing) your shipping costs will not be refunded. You will only receive the cost of the item. Item must be returned and received by Seller before item cost is refunded. Buyer will pay shipping cost to be returned .

All items are shipped ONLY to U.S. PayPal confirmed addresses . All items will be insured. NO P.O. addresses. This protects you and I. If there is any damage to your item when it arrives, you need to file a claim with the USPS System or UPS. I will be more than happy to help you file this claim. Please contact me for any information you may need.

Calculator provided by eBay to your zip code. If shipping amount is unexpectedly higher we will contact you immediately. You (The Buyer) will be required to pay the additional charge. We do our best to determine the shipping cost on all items, however on some items that are odd shaped/sized or heavy we may not be able to pinpoint an exact shipping amount until the item is actually prepared for shipment and the destination has been determined. If you do NOT agree to this term. Please do NOT Bid.

· All items must be paid for within 3 days. All Pick Up items must be picked up within 5  days after auction has ended (Unless prior arrangements have been made). We are NOT responsible for items that are not pick up within the 5 days after payment has been made and auction has ended.

· We return feedback when we have received the buyer's feedback letting us know that the item was received and the buyer is satisfied with the transaction. Sometimes it takes me a week to catch up on all of my feedback, but be patient, I will leave you feedback.

All non-paying bidders will be block from future items and proper eBay steps will be taken.

· All items are shipped within 15 days of payment. I usually get them shipped out on Fridays after payment is received, but sometimes things beyond my control come up.

DO NOT leave me negative feedback due to shipping times. I cannot be held responsible for delays due to the US Postal Service or UPS.. If you have any problems with your item arriving, please contact me so that we can file a lost USPS or UPS claim.
