Payment is expected and due within 3 days of winning the auction listing.
Buy It Now Option - Payment is expected at the time you end the auction.

We only accept payments from PayPal due to eBay's policy.   Please make sure that you are verified and have a confirmed shipping address.

When combining shipping, all items must be paid before the first item won is 5 days old unless you contact with other arrangments.

Our system sends out Non-Paying Bidder alerts after 7 days.

Colorado Sales Tax:

By law we are required to collect sales tax for items shipped to addresses in Colorado.  Seller charges 6.85% sales tax for items shipped to Colorado.

General Procedures:

All items are shipped within 2 business days of processing your cleared payment Monday through Friday.  We are closed on weekends and all U.S. holidays.

Shipping and handling charges include all costs that occur when shipping an item(s) including secure packing, packing material, labor, pick-up fee, and other costs which incur.

Shipping and handling charges vary based on the weight of your item(s), whether it is clothing or fragile and breakable, and your location.

We generally use USPS Priority Mail and UPS Ground, but do use other methods of shipping.  Please check individual auctions for shipping details specific to that auction.  Fragile auction items ship differently from clothing auction items.  We reserve the right to ship with the method of our choosing unless specifically instructed otherwise.

Upon shipment you will receive an email confirmation with all tracking details, in which you will need to refer to best determine expected time of delivery. 

USA and International Combined Shipping:

We will gladly combine shipping and will discount Shipping and Handling on multiple items.

The combined shipping is the stated amount for the highest priced item, shipping/handling, and an additional $2 to $3 for each extra auction - depending upon weight, size, and destination.

When the item(s) is fragile, large, bulky, and/or heavy, please contact us for a price for combined auction shipping for more than 2 of this type of item.  The cost of combined shipping depends on weight, location of buyer, and the size of the box.  Physically large orders may require FedEx or UPS shipping.  Please make sure you agree to the terms of each indivual auction before you bid.

For combined shipping, please contact us as to your multiple bidding intentions, then wait until you are finished shopping with us to send your payment, otherwise items will be shipped separately. We combine shipping within 5 days unless other arrangments are made.  Additional items must be shipped and paid together with the first item.  All items must be paid before the first item won is 5 days old.

Returns Policy

Clothing Returns Policy:

If you are not completely satisfied with the quality of any merchandise you receive, we will gladly refund your payment in full, less shipping and handling charges.

We accept returns within 7 days for money back.  If you are unhappy with the item(s), we must be contacted within 3 days of receipt of the package.  Item(s) may be returned only after our approval.  Please email us.  Please notify us before returning any item. 

Clothing Returns Details:

Refund will be given for merchandise purchase price, less 20%, if merchandise is returned in the same condition it was shipped to you, within 7 days of receipt.  Buyer is responsible for shipping.  We do not refund shipping and handling charges nor pay for return shipping under any circumstances.

Warranty:

Items are guaranteed as described.  We try to explain to the best of our ability any problems we see.  We are human, and things can be missed.  Therefore, each situation is handled on a case by case basis.  If you feel we have made an error on the description, please allow us the opportunity to offer resolution.

Dinnerware, Fine China, Crystal, Flatware, Collectables & Antiques Returns Policy:

These items generally are fragile and breakable.

Terms

Contract:

As the Seller, I am bound to this auction as a contract when this auction ends or if a Buyer purchases this with a Buy It Now option.  If there are bids and I have to cancel the auction before it ends for a reason beyond my control, the bids will be cancelled and there is no contract between the Bidders and Five Star Boutique.

As a Buyer, if you bid and the auction ends, you are bound to uphold the contract of bidding.  If you use the Buy It Now option, you are also immediately entering into a contract.
