The Mini-Mist ® gives you all the superb qualities of HVLP Sunless Tanning at a very attractive price. Light weight and perfectly portable, the Mini-Mist® is expressly designed to apply tanning solutions evenly and efficiently.
This unit is designed for one purpose, providing an absolute perfect full body Spray Tan every time, in under 3 minutes, using the least amount of product. (normally 2oz or less)

The Turbine (Motor) Powerhouse
Turbine HVLP systems work by pushing out high volumes of air to propel the solution product. But it does not end there. You can have too much air volume blasting away (the fire hose effect), or more significantly with many systems, production of too little air flow. In too many cases, the motors used in a number of systems sold online today are created for occasional consumer "Home Hobby" use only.
They are intended to be used once every few weeks, or only every few months. And for that use, they may work successfully. However, once you factor in the wear and tear created from once a week to daily use, - you produce added part and motor stress which can soon create surplus wear. This can quickly burn out these other self-styled spray tan systems. These units were not designed for the type of usage required for the consistent use in a typical tanning technician environment.
The Taper fan turbine is a proven performer and provides superior reliability, with dependable performance. This is not a standard "hobby grade" unit. It supplies the consistent, and correct airflow volumes needed for optimal spray finish results with tanning solution products; neither too much, nor to little.

All parts that handle solution are manufactured from marine grade stainless steel and they include the same Tip & Needle assembly as our top of the line T5020.
Tip & Needle setup
A 0.5 mm tip and needle sizing for efficient solution utilization with a soft 1.5 psi spray tip pressure. The ideal finish level for complete whole body spraying for face, body, hands and feet. With this gun, you do not need a separate face and body gun. Great atomization and super soft spray provides amazing solution skin finish
Easy Client Blow Dry feature
The spray gun continually provides constant out going air flow during the entire solution application, facilitating the skin drying process as you spray. When the spray gun trigger is completely released, the unit blows a continuous air flow only, for a soft "blow dry" feature. Or if you prefer, simply detach the gun from the air hose. Now you are equipped with a concentrated high speed air current for fast drying.
Adjustment and Cleaning Ease
The T6000 Spray Gun is SUPER easy to adjust with only one flow adjustment, set it and forget it. The simple, on the go, pattern change plate allows you to spray vertically, horizontally, even elliptically.... whichever style works best for you. When you are done spraying, run some warm water through the system, periodically remove and clean air cap, tip as needed, and you are done. No special cleaning solvents or complex dis-assembly sessions required. Easy to set, easy to clean, easy to maintain.

Beware of impostors selling off the shelf Hobby Paint Sprayers, given new labels and being sold as Professional Spray Tanning systems.
These units do not have the correct tip and needle sizing to effectively atomize your solution for a smooth fine finish, and the motors are only intended for occasional use.
Spray tanning systems have upgraded motors, and refined tip and needle set of 0.5-0.6 mm.
Off the shelf Paint and varnish sprayers use larger 2.0mm needles and tips specialized for varnishes and paint products. When spraying finer weight tanning solutions, these devices will cause a large amount of product waste, large amounts of fogging, poor product control and poor tanning solution atomization.
This effects the final skin finish, as well as product utilization
Pictured above are examples of some of these types of units sold on eBay and elsewhere, and promoted as spray tanning systems. These can be bought elsewhere for as little as as $39.00.
Some of these units are available at discount merchandisers such as Harbor Freight and being resold on eBay for 5 times the price.
If you are in the market for a paint sprayer, then go ahead and purchase one.
But if you need a Spray Tanning System for Sunless Tanning Solutions, then these are not the best value for our dollar.

Equipment and Supplies: All Spray Tan Equipment (Sprayer Units) have a 7 day return window. All items must be post marked within 7 days of your delivery date, NOT YOUR PURCHASE DATE..A refund will be issued minus actual shipping incurred by Tampa Bay Tan. If an item is returned and postmarked after the 7 day window, a 25% restock fee will be charged. No returns after 30 days accepted, only replacement for warranty issues. NO EXCEPTIONS. All warranty returns must have a copy of the sales invoice and a brief explanation for the return. Return postage both ways will be the responsibility of the purchaser and will not be part of any refund amount.
Pop Up Spray Tan Tents: No returns, no refunds. We will replace a defective unit 1(one) time within 30 days of receiving the original Pop Up. Shipping cost of the replacement unit will be the responsibility of the customer and must be paid prior to the replacement unit being shipped.
