AeroMarine Products' 10 gallon kit of 2 pound per cubic foot density polyurethane liquid foam. Our kit consists of a 5 gallon pail each of part A and Part B, making a total of ten gallons. The total yield is 40 cubic feet, which will float almost 2400 pounds of dead weight.AeroMarine's liquid foam expands from 25 to 30 time its original volume. Our 2# polyurethane foam is ideal for adding flotation to a canoe, kayak, jon boat, runabout, barge, or pontoon boat. Additionally, you can use it as insulation in a motorhome, in your house, or wherever.  AeroMarine's polyurethane foam can be poured into the void in concrete blocks to add insulation to a building.  You can even use our pour foam to stiffen floors or bathtubs or to insulate spas and ice boxes.

To use, mix a small amount of each component together and then pour into whatever cavity you need to fill. Within a few minutes it will rise and cure. It is resistant to gasoline and oil, and you could fiberglass directly over it if you like, although it's not at all necessary. After about ten minutes from the time you mix it, the foam can be sanded, shaped, or cut easily with a hand saw.

Do NOT spray this foam.  It is NOT a sprayable foam.

• I'm in southern California, can I pick up my items personally?
      Yes, we have a warehouse that can fill your order.  It is open Monday through Friday from 9am until 4pm, PST.  
     
• How long after I place my order will the items be shipped?
      Generally, your items will be shipped the same day your order is  received.
  
• Can you ship express/overnight?
      Yes, we can ship by UPS Next Day or 2nd Day Air service. You must contact us to set this up. 
  
• Can you combine shipments?
      Yes, if it fits into one box. 
  
• What about truck shipping for large orders?
      We use freightquote.com for truck-size shipments.
  
• How can I track my order?     
      You will  recieve a tracking  number directly from UPS.
      
• Do you ship to Canada?
        Yes, in certain cases.  Our standard shipping method is via UPS.  Some Canadians prefer that we use USPS Priority Mail, which is OK for small packages. less than approximately 40#. Pails must be shipped via UPS.
    
• Do you ship internationally (other than to Canada)?
        No     
    
• Do you ship to APO or FPO boxes?
