Our combined shipping pricing structure is as follows: We offer a 30% discount on the individual shipping cost of each additional item when multiple items are purchased. Items with free shipping do not qualify for additional shipping discounts. International Customers: Import duties, taxes, and other charges are NOT INCLUDED in the item price or shipping charges. Return Policy

• All returns/exchanges must include our AUTHORIZATION FORM. This form will include all information to help us process the return/exchange quickly and correctly.
• No refunds will be issued unless prior authorization has been given and all policies have been followed.
• You can return your item for an exchange or a store credit less shipping and a 20% restocking fee.
• All exchanges and returns must be in the original packaging with all directions and accessories in new conditions.
• All Returns must be initiated within 7 days of merchandise being receieved.
