Shipping & Handling
PriceDropped offers

one day after payment is made. The free shipping service will arrive
in 2-7 business days, depending on the shipping carrier selected. Our
quality control team inspects all orders before they are loaded on the
truck, we know a thing or two about getting it right the first time.
We
ship only to the address provided by you on the Paypal Payment. If you
want the item to be shipped to a different address, you must add the new
address to your Paypal account before purchasing the item.
There will be a 7.00 Sales Tax Charged for

Shipping
and handling for all order are via USPS Priority Mail, USPS First Class
Mail or UPS Ground Mail depending on the size or weight of the item.

you must refer to our return policy to return the item in unused

products on PriceDropped shows the full retail price listed on the item
itself, require by the manufacturer or supplier.
When you visit PriceDropped or use any e-mails account to communicate with us, you are
communicating with us via email. You agree to receive communications
from us via email as well. We will communicate with you via e-mail or by
posting information on your account. You agree that all agreements,
notices, information or other communications that we send to you via
email satisfy all legal requirement that such communications be in

Payment Terms
PriceDropped ensures the integrity of every online order by using Paypal, one of the most
advanced Internet leader in securing online transactions. Rest assured

Payment
is due within 7 days after purchase. Please Let us know if
you cannot pay within the 7 day period time. We will work something out
with you. If we not hear from you after 7 days, we will notify ebay and
and ebay unpaid item claim will be issue against your ebay user ID.

Returns & Refunds
All
items must be returned in the same condition as originally received.
You have 14 days from the date your product left the warehouse (despite
of when you actually took delivery of the item) to get a valid RMA from
our website and get your item to a shipper to return back to us. It does
not have to be back in our warehouse within 14 days, but it does have
to be in the possession of the shipper (along with the valid RMA). RMAs
must be legitimate, unexpired, and issued for the item being returned.
We only issued one RMA per return. If expires, you may not return your
item. Refunds will be given as merchandise credit if available or money
back if the item is not as described.
· If you do not qualified for an RMA, contact the manufacturer directly or check any applicable warranty.
· Except
as provided for verified defective products (Look at Exceptional
Returns Policy for Defective Products below), you will be liable for all
shipping charges for returns sent to our warehouse.
· Upon
our acceptance of the item in like new condition in strict conformance
with the basic criteria and basic returns policy, the purchase price
will be credited to the credit card or Pay Pal account used for the
original purchase. For item purchased with a gift card, we will refund
the balance due to you back to a new gift card unless the balance is
less than $5 or prohibited by law.
· Please
allow up to 14 business days from shipment for your return to arrive at
our warehouse. Note: Delivery times depend on shipper selected. Your
return will be processed within 5-7 business days (excluding Saturdays,
Sundays, and holidays) after receipt of the item.
· Some
of the items we sell have Special Return Policies or polices set up by
our affiliates. See the appropriate policy below to see if items you
purchase are affected.
· You
are responsible for the item being returned to our warehouse and back
to you. PriceDropped is not responsible for any agreement made between
you and the manufacturer of the product.
Exceptional Return Policy
Defective Products
·
Defective
products can only be returned in exchange for the exact same product or
- at the sole discretion of PriceDropped - the purchase price can be
refunded to the original method of payment used on the order. For
defective products, a RMA may only be granted within 14 days of the date
your product left the warehouse (despite of when you actually took
delivery of the product).
· As
soon as item return is processed by our warehouse, and is verified to
meet the basic condition above and to be defective, your replacement
order will be sent to fulfillment. How quickly your replacement item
ships after that depends on product availability.
· For
Items that we verify to be defective, we will reimburse you for your
original shipping expenses, provided that your defective return must be
shipped via ground shipment only. If you return your item via a faster,
more expensive shipper, you will pay for the expenses yourself and any
request for reimbursement will be denied.
· PriceDropped will be the sole determiner of whether a product is in fact defective. |
