1. big cooling fan, 12x12cm, high speed fan, make sure the grid tie will go to heat protection!

 

2. with big cooling alumi housing 65x23x16cm, very easy to get away the heat, sometimes the fan even not turn it on, because the casing is too big, that's the design point, you already use the green power, why also spend the solar panel to make the fan turn it on?  Green power is not easy it get it, we need very carefully to face what we get.

also talk about the mos-fet, working teamp is around 20c to 40c, but for 8hours at least to use, usually is over than 40c,  in this moment, the efficiency will down to 80%, 70%, 60%, but if you take this big guy home, what gona be happened?  This like you ask Coby Brian to play the junior high school basketball game, every game can get the MVP without problem!  Power Jack is not famous brand name in USA, but they are working very hard for each details, make sure can real bring customer convenience!

According to our market experience, if your solar panel is 500w-600w, use 600w grid tie inverter is not enough, because of continuous using, the temperature will be high.
1. in this moment, the grid tie will be very easy to get temperature protection, will take 5-10secs to run it again,
2. in this moment, the fan will be turn on by itself, it's also waste your solar panel power.
3. if you use 1200w grid tie inverter(for 600w solar panel), no matter 1pc 1200w or 4pcs 300w grid tie, that fan will not turn it on very easy, also will not go to temperature protection, for whole year to use, that would be a big different.


The warranty is two years:
 As the gird tie is almost 24hours to use, all the electric componments need the strick quality, the spec is around 3-4times than 600w, to make sure our customer can be long time to use it, however, we still offer the long warranty as follows:

 

1.  up to 1 month:  customer can replace for new one .

2. 1 month to 1 year:  customer can get the repair parts free & free shipping.

3. 1 year to 2 years:  customer just pay the postage for the parts, free for the cost of parts.

1.idea for power jack

The inverter can be connected to any outlet at home, when this line run by the conventional electric network. The inverter IC will  monitors the volume, frequency and phase of the home grid, then produce a pure sine wave that the frequency and phase will be match the grid's, and the volume will be higher than the grid's, then according to our current controlled PWM, to control the output power to the grid. The inverter will puts out power when the home grid is on.

 2. why use power jack grid tie inverter?

when you use solar panel through grid tie inverter, your home power meter will reduce the speed(if you are using other electric appliances), or your home power meter will backward(if you are not use any appliances)

 3. difference of power jack grid tie inverter

traditional grid tie inverter is the solar panel are connect in series, so if one solar panel did not work or bad efficiency, then the whole system will be effects, but power jack grid tie inverter, you can use every inverter in parallel, in this moment, each inverter has it's own MPPT, can make every solar panel got the max power.

4. island protection

power jack grid tie inverter has 3greens light, when the charge fucntion is normal, then this 3lights will turn on, but if there are not dc sources(like in the night, no sun shine or raining day), the red led light will turn on, the inverter will stop to work, in this moment, the inverter will close the door, the home grid power will not back to inverter.
