UPS is the method used for the 48 Continental US Streets. Ground shipping is free and is the only shipping method used. If you need the item shipped faster please contact us for a price quote. (4-5 business day handling time) You must choose the UPS ground method at check out.

Any orders going to P.O. boxes in the Continental US are shipped using USPS and there is a 5 business day handling time. You must choose the economy method at check out.

Any orders to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, or APO/APO will be shipped using USPS and there is a 5 business day handling time. Item is shipped using the Priority method. You must choose the economy method at check out.

We only ship using Priority so the item can be tracked and insured. This protects us and you in case something happens. Please contact us if your package hasn't arrived within 15 days of shipping. Investigations can take up to 28 business days depending on your country so contacting us when your package hasn't arrived within the eta we can get a replacement out to you sooner.

Customs Fees
Some countries require you to pay an import fee when receiving an item from another country. These fees are based on the items value and what category it falls under. They are added on to your package and you will be required to pay them to get your items. These fees have nothing to do with the shipping costs. Your country imposes those fees. We have no control over them.

For shoes you don't like or don't fit:
a. The item will be shipped back to us at your own cost.
b. A restocking fee of 20% will be applied if the order was sent out on free shipping (Minimum $10.00).

For wrong or defective item:
a. If you receive a wrong order (color, style, and/or size) at our fault, we will reimburse you on the return shipping costs.
b. We will issue you a full refund upon receiving the return and inspection.

International Returns: (Outside of the United States)
a. The buyer has to ship back at his/her own cost.
b. The international shipping fee is nonrefundable.
