PAYMENT
All payments are expected within 7 days after the auction is closed.
We accept payments through PAYPAL. Paypal accepts Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Discover and e-Checks.(e-Checks may be held 14 days for clearance).
The street address you would like your merchandise delivered to must appear in the "Shipping Address" section of your PayPal payment
SHIPPING
We currently ship ONLY within the U.S.(including Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, APO / FPO military addresses) and Canada.
Continental US
Shipping time takes 1 to 2 days processing plus 5 to 10 business days transit. Therefore, you can expect your order to be delivered between 5 to 12 business days of placing your order. All items will be shipped via UPS, except P.O Boxes, which will be shipped via USPS. Please note: if you order weighs less than one pound and is shipping to a physical address within the Continental U.S., your order will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail instead of UPS Ground. The same shipping rates apply. All DVD orders will ship via USPS.
Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, military addresses (APO and FPO )
All items will be shipped via USPS and will require an additional charge. Shipping time takes 1 to 2 days processing plus 7 to 10 business days transit. Therefore, you can expect your order to be delivered between 7 to 12 business days of placing your order.
Canada
Most items will be shipped via Canada Post and will require an additional charge. Some items will ship via USPS (but the rates to Canada still apply). Shipping time takes 1 to 5 days processing plus 10 to 14 business days transit. Therefore, you can expect your order to be delivered between 10 to 19 business days of placing your order. Most orders to Canada are shipped on Thursdays.
UPS Tracking number information for your order can be found on eBay usually 1 to 2 days after payment is received.
Canada Post Tracking number information can be found on eBay usually 2 to 7 days after payment is received. Usually late Friday.
We combine shipping on most items. S&H on most combined items will consist of most expensive shipping plus 30% of shipping on additional items for all items shipped in Continental US.
Expedited shipping is available.
TERMS OF SALE
RETURN POLICY
All returns must be made within 14 days after receiving shipment. Please contact us before returning your merchandise so we can give you return instructions. You will be responsible for the return shipping fees. Refund will be given when item is received back in the same condition in which you received it. If item is damaged or defective we will replace the item or we will give you a full refund, at no cost to you.
