Bank Transfers are accepted for all sales. If you pay with a Bank Transfer we can ship to any address without verification.

Shipping

All items will be shipped through FedEx or UPS with signature confirmation, tracking, and full insurance. We aim to ship all orders within 1 business day of order placement (subject to payment authorization). You will receive an automated email with tracking as soon as your order has shipped. In the event of any delay greater than 48 hours we contact each customer with an updated time frame for delivery. 



Delivery Time: Delivery time will vary based on the ship from and ship to location. Most items ship from our Warehouse in Ohio, however, some items may be drop shipped from other suppliers in the US based on availability and delivery estimates. Expect a delivery time of 1-5 business days for domestic US orders. International shipments may be subject to an additional 1-3 business day delay based on item availability. Once shipped, expect an average transit time of 3-10 business days.

A.P.O., P.O., and F.P.O. Boxes: We do not ship to P.O., A.P.O., or F.P.O. Boxes. All shipments are “signature required” upon delivery which is not permitted for Boxes. Addresses with a physical street address and box number are generally accepted. If you do not know if FedEx or UPS will deliver to your address please ask.


Shipment Address:  We only ship to the confirmed delivery address provided by PayPal. Before you pay, please make sure the address you provide PayPal matches the address you would like us to ship to. For Credit Card orders please note we only ship to the billing address that matches the card.

Warranty & Return

In the unfortunate event of a product defect, repair, return, or DOA, Projector Supercenter can help expedite the process with manufacturers. Due to our position and industry connections we will likely be able to assist you with a prompt and satisfactory resolution. 



Non-Defective Merchandise:

Non‐Defective, unopened merchandise may be returned at the expense of the buyer. Depending on the
item, manufacturer policy, and circumstance, a restocking fee of up to 15% may be charged to the buyer
in addition to return shipping costs. The restocking fee will be assessed and issued based on returned
product condition. No restocking fee will be applied to new products that are returned for in store
credit.



Defective Merchandise or DOA:

If you have received a DOA or defective product please contact us immediately. We will do our best to resolve the issue as quick as possible. DOA claims must be made within 7 days of product delivery.
Products must be returned in original manufacturers packaging with all accessories including unused warranty cards and manuals. Failure to do so may result in re‐stocking or other fees. DOA items will be replaced at no cost to the customer. In the event a replacement is not available, Projector Supercenter will offer warranty and repair support and return the item back to the customer as soon as possible. 


Beyond 7 days:

Every projector sold by Projector Supercenter comes standard with a manufacturer’s warranty. Any defect or issue that you have with your projector or other item after 15 days must be dealt with through the manufacturer. Many manufacturers actually require that you contact them directly for information on repairs, replacements, or exchanges. If you have any questions about your products warranty please
contact us and we will do our best to assist you through the warranty process.
