Kit contains: Stamped canvas of 100% cotton, felt backing of 65% rayon and 35% wool, assorted yarns. "Peri-Lusta Filo cotton embroidery trhread*, needle, all necessary trimmings - ribbon, bells and gold ring, and complete easy-to-follow instructions with diagram. Stuffing not included.

* Peri-Lusta Filo cotton embroidery thread may be one of the yarns - red. Instructions indicate the Peri-Lusta Filo is to sew the back felt and needlepoint front together. This item may be a thread, no longer with this kit. Or, it may be the red yarn included with this kit. Based on the cover photo, the front and back are sewn together with red yarn -- this is included with the kit.
