RETURNS & REFUNDS

Gravity Trading, Inc. wants to make sure you are happy with your purchase. We accept returns for up to 15 days from when you receive your package. All returns must be in NEW, UNUSED condition with original tags and packaging. We are unable to grant any refunds for used merchandise. For your return, please include your Name, Address, Phone Number and Order Number. You will be responsible for return shipping charges; we recommend you use a trackable shipping method such as USPS Priority, UPS Ground or Fedex. All refunds minus original shipping charges will be credited back to your account within 48 hrs after receiving your return. Please send back your return with a complete description of the item you would like to replace it with. If the merchandise is available, we will send out your order, free of charge. If the item is not available, we will credit your account and contact you via email.
