Is this
software legal?
Absolutely, the
compilation has been put together by IM-SOFT. Copies of the GNU Licenses
are available on request and are provided with all media.
No
counterfeit, "cracked" or cloned software is distributed with our solutions.
How
long does it take to convert?
We can't guarantee how fast it is due
to different systems and software installed, however if you take the rule of
the length of the running time of the file and add 15 minutes to create the
DVD as a s rule
Will this convert DRM
(protected) media files ?
No, you need a removal tool to remove
the digital protection which we do not supply with this software.
How many PC's can I install
this software on?
With our media you can install this
software on as many PC's you like. There is no product keys and the
license allows you to do this.
Will I receive
a boxed product as shown in the picture?
The box image is
for illustration only. You will receive your Brand New CD-ROM in a
protective mailer. All of our products are produced to a high standard. If
you have already received your item and you are not happy with it please
contact us via eBay messages and we will gladly help you.
Do you offer customer support?
Yes we offer full
customer support for all our products. Please contact us via eBay messages
using the "ask a question" link below. We usually respond to all e-mails
within 48 hours (Monday to Friday). If you do not receive a response after
this time please resend your message. Occasionally messages are not always
received first time.
Do you have a refund policy?
Yes we have a full 14 day refund policy for all our products. You are required to pay for the
cost of returning the item and will be refunded the "buy it now" price (note
international postage is not refunded). It is important that you contact our store via
eBay messages using the "ask a question" link below. You need to contact us
before returning the item so that we can process your refund through eBay.
If your item arrives damaged or does not arrive after 7 days in the UK and
14 days internationally please contact us and we will gladly send a
replacement out to you.
Please note that if
you take the additional download service and require a refund 10% of the
winning bid will be kept due to administration fees.

event that your CD-ROM arrives damaged or is not working correctly please

full customer support and are happy to help you with any issues. We also
have a full 14 day refund policy. Please contact us before leaving feedback, ratings
or even raising a case. This gives us chance to resolve any technical issues for you.
I am unhappy with my item. What should I do?
If you are unhappy at all with any of our products please avoid leaving
bad feedback and ratings and contact us through eBay messages. We offer full
customer support and will gladly help you. We may also be able to offer you
alternative software so please contact us and we will gladly help.
Are your products available as a
download?
Yes we have a download service. We will send you a
link to download your product while you are waiting for your CD-ROM to
arrive. You need to contact us after the purchase and we will send you the
link. Please note that this is not an automated service and will be
done when we are processing your order which could take up to 48 hours (see
postal information). All you need to do is leave a message on your
PayPal transaction and we will do the rest.
Please note that this is an additional service and
we follow eBay rules, so we will have to send the CD as well as sending you
a link. Any requests for download only will be ignored.
My item has not arrived yet. What should I do?
UK orders should not take any longer than 7 days. Orders from outside
the UK may take up to 14 working days. If your item has not arrived after
this time please contact us and we will arrange to send you a replacement.
If you need your item quickly please contact us and we can send you a
download to use while you wait for delivery.
