Suitable for recording seminars, conferences, interviews, and musical performances, the Zoom H2 is an ultra-portable recorder that records the audio in PCM and MP3 format. With dual X/Y configured stereo microphones at front and rear of this Zoom recorder, you can record wide and contiguous stereo audio that is suitable for creating 5.1 surround effect. As the Zoom H2 comes with the SD card support, you can store the audio in SD card and easily transfer the audio to the PC. This ultra-portable recorder comes with an automatic recording function, so the recorder starts recording operation as soon as it detects an audio. The Auto Gain Control feature and low-cut filter on this Zoom recorder lets you record audio clearly without any noise. With two AA alkaline batteries on the Zoom H2, you can continuously record up to 4 hours. The built-in normalizing and file splitting functions on the recorder enables you to split recorded audios at any desired point, without any waveform editor or other software.
