About Us

Factor Me is a genuine Limited & VAT registered company established in 2006. We are a real store based in Milton Keynes.  We are fully authorised stockists of STORM and Swatch branded Watches, Jewellery, Bags, Wallets, BULAGGI Bags, Fake Bake, Tanning Lotions, Designer Fragrances & much more, all at competitive prices. All of the items we have listed are in hand and available for immediate dispatch or collection in person from our store.  

We have a dedicated line for Internet Queries on 0845 224 6016 which is available until 5.30pm Monday - Friday. If we are not available, please e-mail us or leave a message & we will get back to you shortly. 

Our real store and Salon is open from 10.30 - 8pm Mon - Thurs, 9am - 7pm on Friday and 10am - 6pm on Saturday so you can pop in during these hours if you want to see or test a specific item before committing to buy.

Payment

We accept payment by: Credit or Debit Card, Paypal, Postal Orders, Bank Transfer. All Auction and "Buy It Now" prices include VAT (currently at 17.5%)

Payments can be made by telephone on 0845 224 6016. Our opening hours for Internet Order sales & queries are 10.30am - 5.30pm Monday - Friday. The store is open later but we cannot guarantee that the relevant people to deal with your query will be available.

International orders - please make payment by card (debit/credit) or PAYPAL only. We DO NOT accept payment by any other Methods. 

Please allow extra time if you are paying by cheque (offered to UK customers only)  or e-cheque, and remember to enclose your ebay user id & item description.

Shipping

We take great care packaging every item to ensure safe shipment to you. We charge a postage fee only to cover our costs of materials and labour.

Once your order has been processed and we have received cleared payment, your item will be dispatched within 24 hours. Our 'cut off' time for same day & special delivery postage is 2pm. Sometimes, we can still accomodate next day delivery after our usual cut off time but it can not be guaranteed.  If you order your item on a weekend or UK Bank Holiday, your item will be posted on the next working day. 

Please allow extra time if you are paying by cheque (offered to UK customers only) or e-cheque.

If you do not live in the UK please e-mail info@factorme.co.uk or call on +44 1908 366200 where we will do our best to obtain the very best postage price for you. 

The majority of our UK parcels are currently sent by 1st class Recorded Delivery. If you have not received your parcel within 5 - 7 days of receiving the e-mail to confirm despatch, please contact us so that we can start our trace procedures. 

Unfortunately, as with all other sellers, we have no control off delivery of the parcel once it has left our store and we are very much at the mercy of Royal Mail or whatever Courier used. 

If your parcel has not arrived, it may be simply that the parcel is sitting in your local post office awaiting collection because the postman failed to leave a card.  

If a parcel is returned to us because you fail to collect it in time, we reserve the right to re-charge the additiional postage we will have to pay to send your item again.

Please do not leave us negative or neutral feedback before speaking or contacting us. We pride ourselves on our Customer Service and the quality of items we sell. If you are not totally satisfied with your purchase or the service received , we really need to know so that we can learn from our mistakes and hopefully rectify any concerns you have to our mutual satisfaction. We will do our very best to respond to any answerphone messages or e-mails within 24 hours (Mon - Fri)

Returns

Factor me fully complies with the Consumer protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.

You have up to 7 working days after the date of delivery within which you can return the product(s) for any reason whatsover, providing it is still in fully saleable condition. Once the sealed packaging of a product has been opened , for reasons of hygiene and safety, we are unable to refund or exchange the product unless it was delivered to you in a damaged or faulty state. We DO NOT offer refunds on opened fragrance or bottles of tanning lotion. 

It is your responsibility to pay for the postage costs to return the item back to us. The goods remain your responsibility until received back in store, so please obtain proof of posting.  (We recommend you send the parcel back to us by Royal Mail recorded delivery so you can track it's progress) 

Genuinely faulty goods will be exchanged (if replacements available) or money refunded, however we must be advised of any faulty goods upon receipt of the item. Please e-mail us or call  on 0845 224 6016.

If the item is found to be faulty, we will also refund the postage costs (both ways). We will not refund your postage charge for items that were simply not liked or unsuitable but, providing they are in fully saleable condition , we will refund the full price of the returned product upon receipt back to the store.

We cannot accept returns of 'special orders' other than a genuine fault.
