We do offer resizing of rings for $35 to go down and $41 to go up for each ring and are generally completed within 10 Business Day. If it is resized it is NON-returnable. Not all pieces can be resized because loose settings or damage might occur. Please contact us first before making your payment if you need a different ring size so that we can send you an invoice with the correct amount.
Custom Ring Size
If a ring cannot be resized we can special order the ring in the size that you need. There are several advantages to this service. First, your jewelry will be made from mold with your specific size in mind - preventing the potential for loose settings and lost stones from resizing jewelry. This service normally takes 4 - 6 weeks for completion. Special orders are non-returnable.
Please read the return period on the listing below the item price. Not all items are returnable. During the Holiday season we do not accept returns. We care about your satisfaction and stand behind every item we sell. For items that are returnable, If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return it if the tags have not been removed, to our offices within 14 days of the shipment date for a refund. Special orders and clearance items are non-returnable including rings we resize for you and they cannot be canceled. We do not guarantee estimated retail or replacement values of any items as they are extremely subjective and impossible to guarantee. We rely on the information provided to us by gemological laboratories and our suppliers. We take an unbiased approach in jewelry grading to provide you the most accurate and truthful description possible.
Returns are simple, but must comply with our policy: 1. Packages without a return authorization number will not be accepted for refund. 2. The item MUST be received at My Bridal Store WITHIN THE SPECIFIED DAYS from the date of shipment of the order from us. If there is a problem with your item please contact us immediately the day you received it to receive an authorization code or your item will not be accepted for refund. 3. Each item must be returned in the same condition as it was sent, unworn and undamaged. Damaged goods due to client negligence will not be accepted for refund. Custom or special orders, ring resizing, personalized and engraved items cannot be refunded unless there is an error on behalf of My Bridal Store. 4. My Bridal Store will refund the cost of the item EXCLUDING shipping, handling and insurance charges and the amount to restock the item. We will issue a refund to the customer approximately 30 days of receipt of returned item. My Bridal Store will refund shipping and handling costs only if the return is a result of My Bridal Store's error. Refunds will be made in the same form as the original purchase. We reserve the right to refuse any exchange or refund if we believe this policy is being abused. 5. If an item is returned due to error in shipping address entered by the customer, an additional $29.95 will be charged. If the package shipping address has to be changed after shipping then My Bridal Store will charge an extra $19.95 for the shipment. Any orders not accepted by the customer upon delivery will be charged $19.95 for the return shipping costs. We have done our best to accurately describe the features and condition of every item. If you are uncertain, please ask questions before bidding. We always do our best to reply promptly and answer questions honestly and to the best of our ability.
