Bidding on or using the Buy It Now Option

When you place a BID on an item we sell or use the BUY IT NOW option, you are entering into a legal and binding contract to purchase that item. This arrangement is outlined in the eBay user Agreement. Out-of-stock-toys welcomes bids from buyer's worldwide. We are confident in the condition/description of our items we list on eBay. After an auction ends we send the winner an invoice within 24 hours with the buyers shipping options. Winning bidder must contact out-of-stock-toys within 72 hours of auction's end, and make arrangements for payment to complete the transaction. If no contact is made within 72 hours we reserve the right to re-list the item, sell it to the next highest bidder, or sell it otherwise. Only bid on an item we are selling if you are POSITIVE you can pay for it. Please only bid an amount you are willing to pay. Bid with your head and not over it. If you are not sure about something, PLEASE ASK. Do not assume anything not listed in the items description or picture. We reserve the right to cancel bids for negative feedback. We reserve the right to end the listing and declare the high bidder the winner of the auction. Bidders with only negative feedback or excessive bid retractions need to contact out-of-stock-toys before bidding on any item. Bid retractions are not allowed nor will they be recognized after auction's end.

Payments and Payment Options

Paypal payments are expected within 7 days of auctions end. If you want to mail a payment then mailed payments are expected within 10 days of auctions end. When payment does not arrive in the time specified we send a reminder email to the buyer. If we receive no response to the email then we will file an unpaid item claim with eBay. If we still do not receive a response to the unpaid item claim with eBay we will then request a final auction value fee credit.

Shipping Costs and Shipping Options

We ship worldwide and we do combine shipping for all auctions ending within 5 days. Shipping costs are calculated by weight and WE REFUND ANY DIFFERENCE IN SHIPPING OVER $1.00. We do not charge handling fees and only charge the actual shipping fees. We strive to ship all items within 1 business day of payment being received. Any payments made by 10:00am EST on a business day (Monday through Saturday excluding holidays observed by the US POSTAL SERVICE) your package will ship that afternoon. Any payments received after 10:00am EST will ship the next business day. Please note depending on our postal service pick-up your package may still ship the same day payment is received if payment is received after 10:00am EST. We offer two shipping options for domestic shipping. The first option is Parcel Post through the US POSTAL SERVICE and the second option is Priority Mail through the US POSTAL SERVICE. For shipping outside the United States we offer only Priority Mail International through the US POSTAL SERVICE. We do not offer any other shipping options at this time. All packages are shipped with a tracking number through the US POSTAL SERVICE website. Once a buyers package is shipped we send an email with the packages tracking information.

Refund Options and Return Options

We offer a full refund and return policy if an item is received by a buyer and it is misrepresented / different then described in the auction. In the rare event this occurs a buyer should contact us immediately (within 48 hours of receipt) for return instructions. If this does occur the buyer will be given a full and complete refund including return shipping. Please note under no circumstance will we give a partial refund for an item and allow the buyer to keep the item. There are no other return or refund options. When we list an item on eBay we give a full description of that item and the items packaging and we are confident in the condition / description of our items we list on eBay. We do not offer returns or refunds if a customer changes their mind.

Feedback

We leave positive feedback for all buyers once payment is received. We do not hold buyers feedback hostage like some sellers (holding back feedback until it is received). We only ask that if you are not 100% happy with your purchase and intend to leave anything but perfect rating we ask that you contact us before leaving the feedback so we can see if there is anyway to correct any problems you may have experienced. Our feedback is very important to us and we strive to have perfect feedback in every catagory of the detailed seller ratings.
