Kid's Favorite Christmas Cookies looks new. The interior is free of marks and highlighting. 

I guarantee my patterns to be complete unless stated different in the description. If you are dissatisfied for any reason you can return your pattern for a refund for the full price including shipping! If you don't receive your item in 3 weeks let me know and I will either see if I have another to send (with a tracking number) or I will refund your money. I want you to be completely happy with your purchase. I check every pattern and send it to you in the best condition possible.

Feedback: Please leave feedback when you receive and are happy with your order. I will leave feedback after I have received your comments. If for any reason you are unhappy with an item, please contact me first before leaving negative feedback to give me a chance to fix the problem.

Payment: I accept PayPal (as per eBay rules).  Payment is expected within 7 days. If for any reason you cannot pay within this time, please let me know so we can work something out. I am usually flexible.  I really would prefer to not open an unpaid items case.

Shipping Information: I ship within 1 business day. I use the address that you provide through eBay to send all packages. USPS is used for shipping the majority of items.

International Bidders: Please check your shipping rate before you bid. Your item goes thru customs which could mean a delay in delivery. 

Shipping Discounts: I offer combined shipping whenever possible. The more you buy the bigger the discount. Please email me on large orders so I can give you the largest shipping discount possible.  INTERNATIONAL BUYERS: Please request a modified invoice for discounted shipping.  I ship internationally by weight .

Return/Refund Policy: Please contact me within 14 days and let me know what is wrong.  I do my best to give 5 star customer service. If you just want to return an item, it is your responsibility to pay for shipping. A full refund through PayPal for the purchase price will be made when I get the item in my hands.
