Please ask any and all questions prior to making your decision. We take great pride in detailed product descriptions so there should be no surprises.
At times these frames are on backorder with our supplier. In these instances it may take us a few days to get them or track them down with an alternate supplier, thus please allow us up to 5-10 business days to ship these prints. In most cases however we ship the same or next business day!
We accept returns only for grossly misrepresented items. The item must be returned in the condition we shipped it in. You must contact us before returning and retuns should be shipped back within 3 days. Buyer pays all return shipping costs. We can exchange, credit, or return funds.
All non-paying winners will be dealt with according to ebay's dispute process. Payment is expected within 48 hours of the listing's end. If you need more time or have other issues simply contact us and we can work to a resolution suitable for both parties. Negative feedback should be a last resort.
