Shipping rates generally depend on the weights and dimensions of the product, the location from which shipment is made and the shipping address of the Customer. We will endeavor to obtain competitive shipping rates but can not guaranty that shipping will be the least expensive available. It is the Customer's responsibility to examine the shipment and all claims for shortage, damage and shipment errors must be made in writing to the Seller within five (5) days after receipt of shipment. We may impose a fifteen percent (15%) Return/Restocking Fee plus applicable handling charges on shipments that are refused or returned to the Seller due to an invalid shipping address.

Unless specified otherwise in the product's description, we warrant that, for a period of 30 days from the date of delivery, all products purchased through our auctions will be in working condition under normal usage. We do not further warrant in any way the functionality or performance of any item. In the event of any breach of this limited warranty, the sole responsibility of the Seller will be to replace the item in question with the same or a substantially equivalent Product or refund the amount paid by the Customer at the sole discretion of the Seller. This limited warranty applies only to the actual items purchased on our eBay auctiones. This Limited Warranty does not extend to cosmetic damage or ordinary wear and tear, battery life, failure to follow instructions, if any are included with the product, damage, abuse, misuse or accident by Customer or modification, repair or service of the producer by anyone other than the Seller or as authorized by the Seller. It is the Customer’s responsibility to assure compatibility of the product purchased with other software, hardware or equipment, and "incompatibility" is not covered by this limited warranty.

For any return RMA (return material authorization) must be obtained from the Seller. Unless otherwise agreed to by the Seller, Customer must prepay return shipping costs. RMA's shall be valid for a period of fifteen (15) days after issuance and returned items must be received by the Company within such 15-day period. Rejected items may be returned within 30 days of purchase, in their original condition as received by the Customer -- the complete product in the original carton with all equipment, packaging and accessories. A 15% Return/Restocking Fee plus applicable handling charges on shipments that are returned to the Seller will be charged unless the product is defective. The Seller may decline any returns received more than 30 days after the date of purchase where the product is not defective.
