Shipping Info

Austin Bazaar ships all orders from our own facility based in Austin, Texas. All items listed are available at the time of purchase. We do not drop ship. We offer FREE shipping via UPS Ground or USPS. Once payment is received, your order will ship within 1 to 2 business days directy from our warehouse. If you'd like to receive your order more quickly, simply select UPS 2-Day or Overnight service. All items are shipped new unless specified otherwise.

Return Policy

If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return the item to us within 30 days of delivery for an exchange or refund. If an item is defective upon receipt, you must report the defect within 48 hours of receiving the item. Contact us here and we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization number. Returns without a RMA number will not be accepted.
